I had a friend ask if I could come up with something for her son's teacher for teacher appreciation week. She likes owls.... owls, that's right up my alley!!! I came up with this:

Cute huh? I used Avery Brand Dark Fabric Transfer iron on paper, it worked surprisingly well. I have had problems in the past with other iron transfer printer paper sticking and not working at all, but this was a breeze! I am going to keep using this type for sure. The canvas bag was only $3.99 at Michaels, and they always have coupons, so you could make this even cheaper.
For the mason jar (from the dollar store) I just sized down the image and changed the wording on the top to 'Thanks for making me wiser'. Then printed on a full sheet of sticker paper and cut to size. Filled the jar with candy and tied pretty ribbons around the top...I absolutely love how it all turned out, one more easy gift to file for future quick ideas.
